A sophisticated and classic Chardonnay with lemon shortbread, vanilla and orange blossom on the nose and caramelised pineapple and apricot yogurt on the palate with a lemon peel finish. This is a showcase wine with a floral and fruity expression.

Estate Pinot Noir // 2022 // 11% ABV

Smooth, velvety wine bursting with morello cherry, ripe fresh fig, red fruits and raspberry with a hint of dark chocolate. Black pepper and spice notes, with a dry, delicious lingering finish. An elegant medium bodied wine with a silky texture and good ageing potential, which will allow development of more complex fruit flavours.

Rosso English Vermouth // 20% ABV

Rich, delicious sloe and blackcurrant fruit flavours with caramel, thyme, rosemary and eucalyptus notes and wormwood, with faint rose and elderflower blossom. Like a slightly sweet, rich red wine with subtle herbal and spicy tones.

Lovely elderflower and ripe grapefruit notes are at the forefront of this wine, with hints of nettle, freshly cut grass, and blackcurrant leaf as well as citrus and orchard fruits. Pronounced but balanced acidity reigns on the palate which is savoury and boasts a long, dry finish. 62% Bacchus, 38% Chardonnay
